I remember when I moved to our old rostering system a few years ago... we were like, oh yeah, we'll just do it on Monday. My boss was ready to shut the venue down and leave. He said, I don't want to do this anymore.
I've used a couple of different systems before, and it was a real pain — I couldn't get it to link in with Xero at all, and then I couldn't get my sales data linked in correctly either. That's the main thing for us with Loaded — I can pull it up on my computer at any time and see all the information, and it's great.
It's a nightmare... trying to get these people to do their timesheets and not really being sure if they checked in or not. This way I just take the responsibility off me — this is your job now, check in over here. No excuses.
